1. US Customers: A fixed shipping cost of $18 will be added to all orders under $300
   Canadian Customers: A fixed shipping cost of $15 will be added to all orders under $300
2. Free shipping is not available on previously owned items or items that are on special. Shipping rates will be calculated and added to these orders.
3. Kendrick Astro Instruments will choose the most convenient and secure method of shipment, referred to as our DEFAULT SHIPPING method. If you wish to select a different shipping method, then the shipping fees will be calculated and added to the order. Note that if you choose a different shipping method that is on our DEFAULT SHIPPING list, then shipping will still be for FREE.
4. Oversized parcels cannot be shipped by normal methods and require high-cost bulk shipping carriers. In this case free shipping will not apply and the full cost of the shipping will be added to the order. Please contact us if you are not sure whether or not your order will be classified as oversized.

Some items are priced so competitively that we simply cannot offer free shipment on these.

Shipping rates to areas outside Canada and the Contiguous 48 United States will be calculated and added to the order.

You will receive an email with final order confirmation at the time of shipping.

PRICING POLICY:
All prices are in Canadian dollars. For non-Canadian orders, the exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company. Prices may fluctuate up and down due to exchange rate changes. For products deliverable within two weeks of order placement, the prices at the time the order was placed will be honored, otherwise prices will be adjusted to date of shipment from the supplier.
